The Foresight Family operates by several member privileges:
Limited Membership
Membership is extended to firms by being referred by our current members. Potential members are vetted through our board and must be willing to meet our Participation requirements.
One-Member-One Vote
An Executive committee of founding members and appointed officers shall govern with every member having a vote.
Marketing, Funeral and Preneed Professionals
The day-to-day activities of the co-op are carried out by the Foresight staff. In addition, we coordinate with funeral service and merchandise suppliers, allowing our members to devote more time to their individual funeral home businesses.
Return Profit to Members
After costs have been met and adequate reserves are set aside for the future, profits are returned proportionately to members.
